Support
Help with accounts, nodes, connections, notifications, and the Zeeli phone app.
Connect a remote node
- Sign in on zeeli.dev and open Nodes and devices.
- Choose Add node to get a one-use install command.
- Run that command on an x86_64 Linux server you control with systemd: Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, RHEL, Rocky, AlmaLinux, Amazon Linux, openSUSE, or Arch.
- Open Projects. The node’s projects appear under your account.
If the app cannot connect
- Confirm you are signed in to the account that enrolled the node.
- Check that the node service is running and can reach the relay over outbound WSS.
- Check the node and relay logs for connection or credential errors.
- If an install command expired, get a fresh one from Nodes and devices.
Notifications
Push notifications are optional and need system permission plus APNs, FCM, or browser Push API connectivity. On iPhone and iPad, browser notifications require the web app to be added to the Home Screen. You can change notification settings in the app or operating system.
Send a useful report
Include the Zeeli app and node versions, device model, operating system, steps to reproduce, and the exact error. Attach relevant logs or screenshots, but remove access tokens, private source code, and other secrets first.
